Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be offered. This includes ebooks, templates, printables, instructional materials and courses, and other downloadable content.

However, if you encounter any issues downloading or accessing a product you have purchased, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We will replace the defective product or troubleshoot the download problem.

Coaching Services and Packages Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to complete a coaching service or package due to such circumstances, we may be able to offer a reschedule or transfer of services to a later date. Please contact us to discuss your options.

• All rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
• We are unable to accommodate refunds or transfers for cancellations made with less notice.
